The Dylan at Fairburn

Hands down the sweetest staff I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. Lesha and Myia are the best! Everyone is always pleasant and willing to help! My job has relocated me back home to GA from Colorado and this crew made it seamless! Always answers the phone and responds to maintenance requests. During my walk through we noticed I did not have a washer and dryer. Myia put the request in and made sure I had one the next day before the office closed before the holidays. Very neat and clean community and the clubhouse is amazing. Family came over for the first time and felt like they were at a “resort”! I cannot wait until warmer weather to utilize the year around pool! Thank you again for making my relocation back home an enjoyable one!

Thanks to lesha for helping us with getting the apartment she helped us every step of the way. Would recommend 10/10. Everyone in the office is really nice and if you ever have any questions they would help you. I love that we gotta fitness center , a pool, valet trash, free electric charging station, a car wash place, and so much more. For the price you definitely getting more

I highly recommend The Dylan Apartments!! My leasing agent was Tameka Johnson and she has made my experience awesome! She has great communication, customer service, and professionalism. I am a new resident to Georgia and Tameka and her colleagues has most definitely made my transition smooth. The Dylan community is clean with great amenities. I am certainly happy with my choice of moving here!! Ask for Tameka while acquiring, she certainly will take good care of you.

Living at The Dylan at Fairburn has been an incredible experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been nothing short of accommodating and friendly. The maintenance team is always prompt and efficient, ensuring any issues are resolved swiftly. The amenities are top-notch, especially the well-maintained pool and the state-of-the-art fitness center. The community events organized by the management team have helped me connect with my neighbors and create a strong sense of belonging. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend The Dylan at Fairburn to anyone looking for a comfortable and vibrant living environment. Also Myia and Lesha are doing an incredible job with responding back to my concerns with any problem I have.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful apartment with Myia. She was very sweet and welcoming when we first arrived. She gave us such a detailed tour throughout the property. This was our first tour in which every question we had was answered before we had a chance to ask them. I couldn’t believe that she’s only been at that location for a week. She was so knowledgeable on what amenities the property offered. She offered us multiple refreshments which we enjoyed. I told her she sold us on this apartment complex. We loved everything.. I would definitely recommend touring with her she was truly the best. We also had the most amazing experience meeting the community manager Lesha. Honestly, she was an angel.. so amazing and patient with us when we were trying to find the right apartment. Her personality is so bubbly she had us laughing the whole time we were there. She had the best mix of being very professional and friendly. We thank both ladies so much for helping us make this big decision. We look forward to seeing them in our new home

I couldn't have asked for a better welcome to my new home. Lesha's cheerful and positive attitude was a breath of fresh air and made the whole transition process so much smoother. Dimetrick, Lesha and Myia all helped me throughout the entire process of finding and securing a new home. They were incredibly supportive and encouraging, always being available to answer any of my questions or provide guidance. I'm so grateful for their help and I am excited to move into my new home.I'm so glad to have them as part of the management team and I'm sure they will make sure that everyone else who moves in has the same great experience. 😊
